What it is
Devils on the Moon is a single-table video pinball game "themed on the astrologically Occult" and "heavily inspired by all the great Pinball games of the past and some modern ones as well". The table has three zones ("The summoning grounds", "The moon's orbit" and "The castle gates"). You summon more than 50 demons and fight bosses on special event boards. Flippers are on the D-pad and A by default, with other layouts available. The crank is optional, though the developers recommend it. There are global leaderboards and local scores to compete on.
It's by Amano, who also made Pullfrog and Season Two's CatchaDiablos. It's been in the Catalog since October 2024 at $10 and was still being updated in 2026. It won Most Anticipated Game at the 2025 Playdate Community Awards, after a 2024 nomination in the same category. The content rating, in full: "This game is hella occult."
